Volunteer Role
Roles and responsibilities
- Deliver high quality coaching sessions which stretches and supports every player’s development
- Give appropriate and constructive player feedback within the session to aid development
- Create a challenging and fun environment for players to thrive in
- Build good relationships with players and coaches
- To dedicate time to continual personal development
Key relationships
- Centre of Excellence Lead
Essential requirements
- Will have achieved England Rugby Coaching Award and be looking to work towards England Rugby Advanced Coaching Award or equivalent qualification.
- Be available Friday evenings/Saturday mornings
- Valid DBS
Desirable
- Safeguarding qualification (Play it Safe)
- Have experience of female or male player pathway coaching
- Valid First Aid Certificate

About Worcester Warriors
Worcester Warriors are one of the top 12 rugby union clubs in England and compete in the Gallagher Premiership, Premiership Rugby Cup and European Challenge Cup.
Warriors play their home matches at Sixways Stadium, which has been the club’s home ground since they moved from Bevere in 1975.
The stadium, which is conveniently located close to Junction Six of the M5 motorway, has a capacity of 11,499, ample on-site parking and has modern conference and banqueting facilities which are used extensively throughout the year.
